Medical Conditions
 

It is a client’s responsibility to raise medical conditions with us at the time of booking or present a doctor’s letter to confirm the client’s fitness for treatment. Failure to do this could result in the refusal of treatment/s with loss of 100% of the payment.
 

Food allergies and dietary requirements
We always try to cater for all allergies and dietary requirements. Please make us aware if you have any when booking with us so our kitchen can prepare prior to your arrival.
    

Pregnancy
 

Please note that if you are pregnant it is not advisable to use our sauna and steam room.

We ask that you make us aware of your pregnancy upon time of booking so we can ensure your treatments are most suitable for you and make you aware of any contra-indications.
Pregnancy treatments will only be carried out after your first three months of pregnancy.
 

Booking & Cancellation Policy
 

Day Spa experiences require a credit or a debit card number to be taken at time of booking.
At least 24 hours’ notice is required for cancelling spa treatments, for spa experiences. If we are unable to resell your booking space a charge will be made to the original card used to book. If you are paying with vouchers, please ensure you bring these in with you on the day as this will be your form of payment. Sadly, if vouchers are not present with you, we will need to take full
payment from your credit card. If this is a group booking, please forward this email to all parties.
